The hot water from the shower doesn’t have an unlimited supply. Since it was a colder winter period, when you took a shower—depending on how long it lasted—the water would eventually turn cold because the hot water in the boiler would run out. It was also winter.
In the summer, I think this isn’t really a problem because the warmer the water, the better. If the water is lukewarm or even a bit cool, it doesn’t make as much difference.
As for the jacuzzi, I would choose the white cave with the jacuzzi outside, not the one with the jacuzzi inside
