Located in AIX EN PROVENCE in a peaceful area on the edge of the fields, our house will make you fully enjoy, without vis-à-vis, one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Aix countryside.
5 minutes from shops, 15 minutes from downtown Aix, near motorway access, 20 minutes from the TGV station and 40 minutes from Marseille Provence airport. A direct bus stop to the city center is 200 m from the house.

1 kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and small electro-household necessary for your stay.

1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 twin, quality bedding and large closet,
1 large bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower bath
1 small bathroom with 1 sink and 1 shower

1 secure private pool, fully fenced to a minimum height of 1.10 meters, only accessible by a secure gate, an immersion detection alarm complies with the French standard complements the safety of children. The beach is overlooking the countryside.

Das Haus ist gross, Sauber und perfekt organisiert. Die Eigentümer, die daneben wohnen, sind sehr hilfsbereit aber halten einen sehr diskreten Abstand, damit die eigene Privatsphere nicht gestört wird. Das Schwimmbad ist gross genug zum Schwimmen und abkühlen. Sicher Kinder müssen unter Kontrolle sein, da 1,60 m kann gefährlich werden. Die Küche hat alle moderne Geräte und sogar Kaffe, Tee, Salz und andere Miitel standen drei zur Verfügung. Jean-Lia und Sylviane sind nett und kultiviert. Das Haus liegt ruhig mit wunderschönen Blick zu den Feldern und Bergen. Für Ausflüge gibt es maximal nach 1 in Autobahnanschluss
