Duplex apartment of 80 m2 independent in a cottage inhabited by the owners, unfenced garden and large outdoor terrace fully equipped with sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture resin and table, quiet for nature lovers. Beds made upon arrival, towels available. Basic products. Close to Geneva, Thonon, Evian, Yvoire, Annecy, the view is exceptional on Lake Leman and mountains, winter, skiing, hiking, visits ... It is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children) looking for a cozy and tranquil place. It is perfect for 4 but can also accommodate 6 people maximum, baby included.
Apartment very well placed for people wishing to find serenity after a good day.
Pets well educated accepted, thank you to pick up the dog excrement left in the garden.
Summer: Visits, departure of hiking trail at the foot of the chalet, mountain biking, fishing, golf, tree climbing, rafting ...
Winter: Close to many family ski resorts 30 minutes and large areas 1 hour, (doors of the sun, big macifs, Chamonix ...), snowshoes ...
Vehicle and snow tires recommended.
Possibility of racket rental, toboggan
Children welcome regardless of their age, parents pay attention to the fact that the cottage has a pellet stove and stairs that can be dangerous for them.
Due to the abuse of some people, electricity is included in the rate up to 20kw / day. The meter will be raised and additional billing may be requested.

We loved house and felt at home from moment we arrived. The rooms were clean. We really enjoyed. The location of the house was great too. Nearby Geneva.
