About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment in Lerici with terracotta tiles and exposed wooden beams. This perfect location is situated in a pedestrian zone and just 80mt from the sea. The flat on 2 levels is brand new renovated, clean, modern, with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, open space kitchen and dining room, roofterrace to sit and eat outside, wifi, Sat TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The house was the home of the italian writer Marco Buticchi who wrote his first books here. Forget about your car, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets and the sandy beaches are 250 /500 meters (if you need you can hire deckchairs/ umbrellas). Right at the corner you have the possibility to rent a motorboat or canoes. At 100mt you have a bus stop and the pier where the boat leaves for the Cinque Terre and Portovenere. (Ps. a boat trip to visit see the Cinque Terre by sea, is considered a “must do”.)

Enjoyed the chance to vacation in an historic building that lends to the character of this beautiful place on the sea. Very proximate to beaches, everything in town and the promenade. The host offered a key service to us upon booking and was responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Had the most amazing days in this beautiful city, the location is perfect with everything near by! Nice apartment with a little terrace, - perfect for breakfast and good talks in the evening;). And most of all the host, Clelia is wonderful!! She answers vety quickly på every question you might have, and she is sooo helpful and nice and made our stay extra nice!!
Can hardly recommend a visit to the Wineyard "Tenute la Ghiaia" that she found for us in Sarzana!!
We would love to com back sometime!

Very nice and tidy appartement. The location is perfect close to all the restaurants and the Castle of Lerici.
The only thing we missed Were aircondition and walking distansen to a proper beach (good for children).
The owner of the appartement were very kimd and helpful. We hade a very nice stay!
