We really liked the apartment for its cleanliness and because it is spacious, even though it is located in the attic. We only stayed one night, being only in transit, but enjoyed a nice walk around the city center the next morning. Clean, nicely decorated, accessible, equipped with everything you need. Thank you
In the master bedroom the bed creaked and we kept waking up from the noise during the night. It was good in the end.
The children slept very well in the other beds

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung war eigentlich ganz gut, z.B., wenn man selbst kochen will.
im Urban Loft müssten mal dringend die Handwerker ran.
Elektriker:
Licht im oberen Treppenhaus komplett ausgefallen!! Stockdunkel und für ältere Leute brandgefährlich!!
Licht im Obergeschoss über dem kleinen Bett ausgefallen.
Schreiner:
Balkontür zu niedrig eingestellt, deshalb nur durch Spezielle Technik zu öffnen. Toilettentür falsch eingestellt, lässt sich kaum schließen.
Das Dachfenster über den Betten lässt sich überhaupt nicht mehr schließen!! Auch die Jolousie kann durch Betätigung des Schalters nicht mehr bewegt werden.
Im Schrank bei den Betten liegen irgendwelche alten Hosen oder Stofffetzen rum!
Die eigentlich recht schön eingerichtete Wohnung hat aufgrund der vielen Mängel die besten Tage schon lange hinter sich!
Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, wenn eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter überhaupt möglich wäre. Auf entsprechende Mails gibt es aber keinerlei Reaktion.
