About this house rental
This holiday home in the heart of nature near Lich (in Reiskirchen) is small, but as an advertiser I designed it the way I would like a holiday home to be: cozy, with WiFi, TV, dishwasher, cooking facilities, microwave and modern furniture.
Highlight of the approx. 900 sqm of land is certainly the approx. 50 square meter terrace that forms a unit with the veranda. The terrace is an outdoor living room with a spacious, comfortable seating area, barbecue and terrace heater.
On the veranda you can have a leisurely breakfast, on request you can cook something tasty with the electric grill or enjoy your coffee in the afternoon with fresh waffles.
Inside, which is really not big at just over 50 square meters, one thing counts above all: cosiness.
Through the tiny hallway you enter the living room with TV, a large corner couch and a few pieces of furniture (more would not have fit in there). The stove (there is no heating, which is why the domicile is recommended as a holiday home, especially in the warm season) stands in front of a forest-green photo wall and provides beefy warmth when you can use it (instruction is given if necessary).
The tiny bedroom has everything you need for a really restful sleep with a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm). There is also a small closet waiting for your clothes.
I assembled the kitchen myself. It is also small, but contains an induction double hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender and everything you need for everything from dishes, pots and accessories to spices.
The bathroom is relatively large with a sink, toilet and shower, but very simply equipped (I'm an advertiser, not Croesus).
The house is surrounded by neighboring properties, which shouldn't bother you: Large hedges and trees give you the privacy you are sure to appreciate. The entire property is fenced so that you can let your dog run freely.
The house is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties, because you can park on the driveway, but you cannot drive all the way up to the house and the driveway is steep on foot.
When you leave the property, it is only a few meters to extensive fields with beautiful paths, lined with cows, sheep, goats and horses. You can walk to the next town, but on the other hand you have supermarkets, drugstores and other shops in just three minutes by car.
Above all, you will find one thing here: incredible tranquility. Whether you are recovering from a burnout, writing a book, dealing with stressful experiences - my holiday home is ideal for that.

Auch wenn Reiskirchen selbst nicht das Urlaubsparadies schlecht hin darstellt, so ist es das Ferienhaus Terrassien umso mehr. Der herrliche Garten, das gemütliche Ferienhaus und der Balkon sind wundervoll gestaltet und laden zum Erholen ein. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt, wozu auch die Vermieterin einen großen Beitrag geleistet hat. Schon beim herzlichen Empfang hat unser Urlaub begonnen. Kurzum, wir erlebten eine Woche pures Glück.

Sehr engagierte Vermieterin. Objekt mit vielfältiger Ausstattung. Tolle Terrassen. Großer Garten, umzäunt. Super auch für Hunde. Spaziergang sofort um die Ecke möglich. Autobahn je nach Wetter manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger zu hören, aber geht. Ferienhaus in sanft hügeliger Landschaft mit Feldern und Wiesen und Kirschbäumen. In der Nähe Marburg und Limburg sehr empfehlenswert zum Anschauen; Gießen der Wochenmarkt gut, ansonsten weniger spannend von der Architektur.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit einem riesigen, komplett eingezäunten Garten, worüber sich nicht nur die Fellnasen gefreut haben. Das Objekt ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr gepflegt. Ideal für Ruhesuchende oder jemanden, der seine Seele baumeln lassen möchte. Die angrenzenden Felder laden für wunderschöne (Herbst)Spaziergänge ein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
