Enjoy all the upgrades of this newly remodeled condo in Ritz Pointe, just steps to the Waldorf Astoria Resort and near a private, off-street walking path to Salt Creek Beach. This a guarded and gated community, has a heated swimming pool, ocean view jacuzzi, and fitness room. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been newly remodeled throughout. Condo is not suited for infants or small children under 12 yrs. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with premium comfortable mattresses. The guest bedroom has 2 oversized twin beds comfortable for adults. This condo offers an unusually large walk-in closet and ample closet space for longer term stays. The living room has comfortable seating, fireplace, and brand new 55 Smart TV with premium cable channels. The patio off the living room and kitchen are adjoined and make for additional outdoor living space with comfortable seating, Electric Grill and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All the amenities you need to have a fun and comfortable vacation. This location allows easy access to all Southern California Destinations :Laguna Beach, Newport Beach , San Clemente and more!This location is about 1.5 miles to the beach and features a great walking path that winds along the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course under Pacific Coast Highway and ends at the Ritz Carlton. Major nearby hotels include: Waldorf Astoria Resort (walking distance), Ritz Carlton, Montage in Laguna Beach (about 5 miles north) and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Looking for a great beach vacation? Salt Creek Beach and Strand Beach are a short 5 minute drive or 15-20 min hike away. These are both great beaches ideal for swimming and/or surfing. My relatives came to visit for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this lovely condo. I't's exquisitely decorated and has all the comforts of home, plus more! It is conveniently located near the attractions of the beach cities. The owner was very gracious. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had our 4 kids- ages 3-13- and it worked perfect for us. The pullout sofa was so comfortable that the kids actually fought about who got to sleep on it! LolThe condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach chairs and toys! The kids had a blast! Would definitely recommend this condo!
