About this house rental
This 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms is situated in a quiet, rural residential neighbourhood. It captures all day sunshine and is a relaxing retreat for your quiet family holiday stay.
It has expansive harbour views, with several beaches just a few minutes drive away - nearest beach less than five minutes walk away! All have tide concrete boat ramps and great fishing spots.
15 minutes drive to west coast road beach (Hamilton's Gap); 20 minutes drive to the Lighthouse, and multiple Northern Peninsula beaches such as the beautiful Grahams Beach.
The nearest service station, dairy and takeaways is just a 5-minute drive away; and if anything more is required the township of Waiuku is a further 20 minutes from there.
This northeast facing house is near ten years old, but well looked after. It's on a large section with concrete drive and adjoining paddock to kick a ball and play. The closest house is on the same property, 50m away, rented by a quiet couple.
It has open plan living with sliding doors onto a large covered deck and verandah. With beds for up to nine people; master room with queen bed and ensuite, and another four more large bedrooms containing a queen bed, two sets of sturdy wooden bunk beds and a single bed. There is a large laundry, family bathroom and an open plan living area, well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your comfortable stay.

***Please note that there is no barrier/handrail around the part of the deck where the outdoor dining table is, or the back deck/entry steps. If bringing children please be mindful of this. The distance from the deck to the ground is 900mm, which complies with council regulations.

A bond may be charged additional to rental. This is fully refundable if property is left cleaned in the condition it was on your arrival; and ready for next guest.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- No smoking on the property at all
- No tents, motor homes, caravans or additional guest staying beyond those booked, without prior arrangement.
-The property is located in a VERY QUIET neighbourhood, and is NOT suitable for young adults & large loud groups/parties, so we would appreciate guests respecting our neighbour's quiet lifestyle. Be aware that neighbours will contact us if music/partying & unaccepable behaviour occurs. Which may result in us coming and asking guests to leave immediately; with no refund given.
The property is in an elevated open position, and loud voices/music etc will travel easily across to our neighbours, which we do not want. As a result, quiet families/couples are preferable. Please enquire.

*Linen optional extra (sheet,duvet cover,pillow case, towel. supply only - NZ$25.00 per person)

Been to the property twice and again not disappointed. Was relaxing, quiet, with a number of neighbouring beaches to enjoy, if this is this is what you are looking for I would recommend. The fridge is a little small if you are a family is staying for a longer period however the dairy is just up the road. Thanks again had an amzing family holiday.

Property in great condition and neatly kept. Spacious and comfortable to live in. Lovely outlook and 5 min walk from beach. Owner very good when we did some accidental damage to the house.

This house is definately no roudy noise it's pretty much for old people who just go to bed 🤣 the neighbours are moaner lisaz must be a retiring area
Anyhu we broke the rules in the book which was the noise
But hey the pictures on here definately need to be updated also house was riddled with a million ants
All in all we got the boot the next morning for being to loud an we had booked for 2 days
