Everything was clean ! We came to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Wagon Wheel and it was close to venue. We had another daughter and her husband and two kids 2 and four. They enjoyed coloring books and basket of goodies to play with.

Very impressed with the house and our stay. Wish it was closer to the trails but we made it work!

We were in the area to ride trails (UTV) in the National Forest. The location is great for that. We were able to ride from the property, no trailering. The price was reasonable. Be aware that you are renting an older single wide trailer. It appears the owners try to keep it up but it is what it is. The immediate adjacent neighbors vary from sketchy to very sketchy.
