TRAVEL NURSES & OTHER TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS!
This property is the perfect little cottage to live in if you are coming to the bay area to work at Bay Area Hospital or any of our many medical clinics and we do have monthly rates available.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets and gorgeous views of the bay in this cozy cottage on the bay. Beautifully furnished with a selection of Shabby Chic style furnishings, slipcovered sofa a new queen memory foam mattress and bed in the bedroom.
The small kitchen has a 2-burner electric range, convection oven, microwave and under-counter fridge. There is also a small freezer.
Everything is included to make your stay comfortable, all dishes, pots/pans utensils, linens, bedding, etc. Flat screen TV has plenty of Oregon-based stations/networks and DVD player and ROKU. (we also keep a generous library of various DVDs - mostly classic in the drawer below). We can supply, upon request, a card table & chairs or an extra stool if you want them. If there is anything you need that isn't there, within reason, I'm sure we can make it happen.

On the back is a warm and sunny 10'x24' deck which includes table & chairs, swing setee and a potting bench (if you have need of a sink!)

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and went out of their way to make our stay here extra special. The actual views of the bay are even better than what was posted in the listing itself. Check-in was very simple and completely hassle-free. The property is well kept and the cottage was very clean. The space inside was very cozy and well-insulated. I absolutely loved the kitchen area. It was perfect and enough room for the both of us. There were utensils and all the basics we needed to make breakfast every day that we were there. This cottage is highly recommended, we can't wait to be back!

This VRBO is lovely decorated little place best described as cottage style. Bedroom has queen size bed with extra thick mattress which was very comfortable. It also has dresser and two bedside tables. Space is limited but adequate. Walk in closet has plenty of hangers and extra blankets, etc.. Bathroom has stand up shower, plenty of extra thick towels and mini soaps/shampoo/ conditioner. Furnishing is mostly white with some blue accents. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Combination of living space/ kitchen small but adequate for short stay. We mostly ate out having only cereal, snacks while in the cottage. This VRBO is located in residential area with restaurants/shopping and trails 15-30 minutes driving range. East Bay drive is very close to bedroom but not highly trafficked at night. The driveway is quite steep and at the sharp angle from the main road which was little tricky to manage after dark.Jan and Ace are very pleasant and accommodating. Currently they are remodeling main house which makes parking slightly challenging.Overall our stay was very good and I was pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of this VRBO. It is a great place to stay if you are planning to spend plenty of the time exploring outdoors.
