Hosted a gathering for my husband's 50th. Inside and outside spaces were perfect and had everything we needed. Convenient location to downtown. Quick drive to groceries, food, beer, and wine and spirits.

Was the perfect house for family coming in from out of town for our son's wedding... great gathering space ..Susan was a pleasure to work with. Close to downtown... can't recommend it enough!

We had a friends get-together with 3 couples and six children 5 to 3 age range. We weren’t planning on any outdoors activities except one day of ski so having a good house was a must for a happy trip. This house had everything we could need. There is a half bath at the entrance and the master bath on main level is accessible from living room. On upper level there are three bedrooms and one full bath. Bedrooms have plenty of space and there is a futon in living area too. This configuration worked perfectly for our group. Having table tennis on main level was very advantageous, we didn’t have to split up for game time while others were setting table or playing a board game. Kitchen has all basic amenities one could need. There is a lot of bedding available for those extra cold evenings. Backyard view is of a beautiful cliff, which was covered in snow during our stay. Huge Windows from main living space and bedroom offers brilliant view of this backyard. One could just sit there and watch the snow fall all day. But the best part is Susan who wants to make sure you have a smooth stay. She is available via text all the time, and she is very helpful and thoughtful. It’s not a fancy house done up in latest technology and fixtures but it’s perfectly comfortable and convenient. It was very clean except pet hair here and there which I guess is not possible to completely eliminate. If I am in Pittsburgh again this is where I would stay. Thank you Susan for an excellent accommodation!
