The apartment on the ground floor is modern and stylishly furnished - ideal for couples or individuals.
The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in April 2019.
The living room:
In addition to a bedroom, a spacious living room with complete, modern kitchen and another sofa bed for 1 person (1.40 x 2.00 m), the apartment has a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Pets on request.
In the kitchen there are dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge incl. Freezer. Filter coffee and pad coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc. are also available.
The round dining table can be used for up to 4 people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A hairdryer is provided and towels can be provided upon request.
There are board games, a flat screen in the living room and free Wi-Fi.
The living room has a large floor-to-ceiling window with sliding door to the terrace belonging to the apartment.
The terrace is equipped with garden chairs, a garden table and a barbecue.
The garden:
A staircase leads from the terrace directly into the garden.
The garden can be used with. Here are also beach chairs and garden games available.

Eine schöne Wohnung und der Garten fand unser Sohn total toll. Einen Grill gibt es auch. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht alles sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Auszeit geeignet. Sie hat alles, was man sich wünscht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der große wunderschön gestaltete Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Seele baumeln lassen ein. Die Umgebung bietet super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Klasse ist, dass direkt in der Nähe ein Einstieg in den Ederbahnradweg ist. Einen ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieterin, wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei dir. Martin und Kirsten

Modern und stielvolle, mit Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Vermieterin Silke ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Radweg ist super ausgebaut.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
