Occupying the accessible ground floor of a modern 2-storey villa, groups will easily be able to appreciate the natural, timeless feel of this special place.
Inside, a flat screen TV and free WiFi access accompanies the spacious double aspect Living room; which features a fireplace for cosy out-of-season stays. The inviting sitting room also enables guests to spill out into the sunny shared garden.
An open plan Dining area conveniently complements the Living room, making it ideal for carefree entertaining whilst away. Guests will find the adjoining Kitchen fully equipped with an oven, cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
A lake view Double bedroom with a king-size double bed offers a tranquil ambience for romantic holiday slumbers, whilst a Single bedroom provides a great option for a child or single holiday guest. Two extra guests are welcome to stay in the 3rd bedroom/study (which is furnished with a Double sofa bed).

Mooie, rustig en ruim vakantiehuis met lekker zwembad en overal prachtig uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore en de Alpen. Enig nadeel is dat de (heel aardige) eigenaar Massimiliano in het andere deel van het huis woont en heel af en toe (tijdens ons verblijf van een week zo'n 3 x 30 minuten) ook gebruik maakt van het zwembad.

Travelled with my two teenage sons and husband, the villa was a good size with great facilities (bbq area, cooking equipment). The view down to the lake was beautiful.
The pool was a good size, and was shared with the owner - who only used it a couple of times in the week, so we had it to ourselves.
There would be a few improvements to get the full five stars;
The washing machine has no plug near to it so would have to be dragged across the bathroom to use, we didn’t bother.
There are lots of flies in the area, including giant horse flies - maybe because it’s on a farm with horses, so fly screens on the windows would help as there’s no aircon and you need to have windows open in the hot weather
The owners dog is large and roams freely round the property, it doesn’t like visitors and growls and barks at you when you are eating on the patio or in the garden, not too bad for us as our children are old and used to dogs, but I wouldn’t be happy with smaller children, or anyone scared of dogs.
