This house was excellent for a large group of family or friends. We had 10 people - adults plus a 3 year old - and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or to gather in the kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen is well stocked - critical for cooking for and feeding a group of that size. The double wall oven failed right before we arrived so we had to grill the first 2 nights but it all worked out fine and the owner got the new one installed as quickly as possible. Notes in the fridge invite guests to use condiments left and for cleaners to leave for next guest - which is great but the refrig shelves did not contain a single condiment- but that’s not the owner’s fault. We loved our stay- and would rent again if we returned to the area with a big crew.

Spacious, clean, well-stocked house with beautiful mountain views that perfectly accommodated all 12 family members. Our family especially enjoyed spending time around the outdoor fireplace on the deck and the hot tub. While we appreciated being in walking distance to the marina and town of Frisco, it was also great to be a short drive to other towns and trail heads. The pictures don’t do the warmth of this house justice. Our only regret was that we had only one week at this beautiful home.

Our family had such a great time. The house works so well for all ages. The kitchen area and outside patio was so roomy and workable. Well stocked, inviting, towels for the hot tub, bikes, high chair, infant bed and toys, game area My family was amazed at the comfort and setting. A short walk to the great little town of Frisco and the marina. It couldn't have been better.
