Delightful attic with sea view, renovated, with a double bedroom and living room with kitchenette and two-seater sofa bed. Equipped with all the designer furnishings and air conditioning, safe and washing machine. Completely renovated in 2013.

The area is characterized by a splendid natural scenery with its soft beaches and the presence of numerous palm trees making it a location with an exotic landscape, also the harmonious hilly belt up to the chain of the Sibillini mountains allows you to visit the nearby villages where on each hill a piece of history: the ancient villages have the flavor of times and remote events. The city is full of restaurants and characteristic clubs scattered in the center, along the palm riviera and on the immediate hills, real terraces overlooking the sea. Ideal destination for families, with numerous parks with equipped games, beaches created for children.

The apartment was exactly as described online and in very close proximity to the beach and fabulous chalets. Very authentic neighborhood, Italian tourist destination.
A small problem with air conditioning was resolved quickly and easily by apartment manager who spoke adequate English for us to be able to communicate.
I would definitely recommend this property to travelers to San Benedetto Del Tronto!

Casa fronte spiaggia in posizione comodissima.
La proprietaria ha risposto in tempi brevissimi, in maniera molto cortese.
Agenzia incaricata del check in/out gentili e disponibili.
Casa nuova, pulita e munita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
Unica pecca che scrivo solo come feedback volto a migliorare le esperienze a venire è la poca chiarezza rispetto al costo del parcheggio interno nell' annuncio ( anche se l' agenzia ci ha mostrato tutte le opzioni possibili ).

Wir haben den Urlaub in Calaluna sehr genossen. Trotz des teilweise stürmigen und regnerischen Wetters. Wir konnten von unserem Fenster die Wellen sehen und sind auch nachts mit den Wellen eingeschlafen. Genau wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten.
Kleinere Probleme mit der Klimaanlage ( wir brauchten Sie zum Wärmen) und mit dem Tresor wurden sofort behoben.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Far too small for 4 adults.
Not enough storage, not at all comfortable .
It was in high season but not good Value for money.
In times of Covid.. there wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom.
