About this cottage rental
Bigger than it looks.....A warm, private, fully renovated cottage with large deck and landscaped surrounds. Plenty of room for parking your boat.
Breakfast on the sunny deck overlooking an expanse of olive trees, or relax in the shade under the mature pine trees in your own little arbor.
Plenty of outdoor seating for your BBQ or entertaining friends in the long summer evenings.
Your children are welcome to visit our chooks and feeding and collecting the eggs. Depending on the olive picking season, usually April/ May, guests in our cottage can join in the olive picking.
Let the sound of the waves on nearby Karikari Beach and Tokerau Beach sing you to sleep.
Fish, snorkel, dive or surf nearby Matai Bay. 90 mile beach only 30 mins away.
A very easy day trip to Cape Reinga taking in Houhora Heads, The Gumdiggers Museum.
Gate sales of EV Olive Oil.
Please note that we do not offer WIFI. Instead it is a relaxing retreat away from your devices to enjoy all the beauty that the far north offers. So sit back relax and rewind!

25% deposit required to confirm booking payable at time of booking.
Balance to be paid one month prior to arrival.
A two person booking implies a couple.
For security purposes no additional guests will be permitted unless arranged with management.
There is a pond behind the cottage. All children must be supervised.
Smoking outside only. Cigarette butts to be disposed of responsibly.

Super clean, private, cosy bach, that was even better than the photos. Perfect location to multiple stunning beaches and walks. Would definitely go back again an recommend to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at this bach. The host was accommodating of all my requests. The house was warm and sunny with a lovely view of olive trees. My children loved visiting the chickens on the far side of the property and Tokerau beach was only a short walk away.

Nice cottage had everything we needed but no internet. If you are looking for a quite and relaxing place to stay to read a book, coastal walks and swimming if the weather is good, this place would suit.
