Oceanfront house at the beach in Santa Cruz. Single-story beach house with enclosed backyard. Great for couples, families, and generations traveling together. Clean and charming. Located along the ocean on prime west side of Santa Cruz, between Natural Bridges State Beach and the Surfing Lighthouse Museum. Close to University of California Santa Cruz, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and Pier. Available year-round for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays. Dog may be permitted with addition rules and fully-refundable security deposit. Please note: No parties or gatherings of any kind permitted.

My family and I spent a week at this wonderful Santa Cruz location. The house was very well appointed. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and great linens. Living space was excellent, with comfortable sofas and chairs located so we could sit and watch the ocean from inside the house. Again, beautifully decorated.
A lovely patio out front, where we could sit and watch the ocean, pelicans, and whales.
Very relaxing week. I would definitely go back here again.

Loved this house! Excellent location for ocean view and people-watching. Busy area during the day, but quieted down well at night for some good sleep in comfy beds. Nice neighborhood, close to grocery store, dining, and short drive to boardwalk. House was very clean, good linens, well-maintained. Nice bonus was garage/ driveway parking. We would definitely stay here again!
