Crystal Peak Lodge on Peak 7 is one of Breckenridge's finest and newest ski-in/ski-out residences. With the gondola and Independence SuperChair lift just outside the door, you can quickly access the base of Peak 8 or take a short gondola ride into town for shopping and dining.
This professionally decorated 1,400-square-foot condo features a spacious living area, dining area, breakfast bar, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, providing ample space for guests. The master bedroom includes a steam shower, and all three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen HDTVs and DVD players.
The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped for the chef in your family. The beautiful kitchen flows into the living room and dining room, both equipped with surround sound, making it the perfect area for family and friends to eat, watch TV, listen to music, and relax after a day of skiing. The living area also features a large gas fireplace.
Crystal Peak Lodge offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center overlooking the slopes, heated underground parking, an outdoor hot tub area, private ski lockers, an in-house ski/snowboard rental shop, a lift ticket office, a game room, and a sauna and steam room. There is also a large fire pit overlooking the slopes.
During your stay, you have access to additional amenities at One Ski Hill Place (OSHP) and Mountain Thunder Lodge. OSHP, located on Peak 8, is a short 3-5 minute walk or a 2-minute gondola ride away. It features an aquatics center with two indoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fire pit, steam room, sauna, and a rejuvenation center offering massage therapy. Additionally, OSHP has a mine shaft-themed bowling alley that can be reserved through the concierge.
A free shuttle service is available on call to take you to both facilities or anywhere else in town you wish to go.

If you want to avoid the crazy crowds at Breck while enjoying great ski slopes, this is the place for you. Everything was PERFECT - the space, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the property management company. Will be back for sure! Thank you for a great getaway.

Amazing ski in - ski out

We had a great time. The ski in and out option was great for experienced skiers but probably not for novices, however the gondola down to Peak 8 was very easy just keep in mind it closes as 5:15-5;30 if you plan to eat down there and you haven't stored your gear yet. Only small negative was the TV in the primary bedroom. It was tiny, hidden b partially by the wall they aren't smart TV's. Other than that we loved the place and would stay there again.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The kitchen is great, very clean with high-end appliances, and well equipped with what you need. The property itself needs some TLC. Furniture is very rundown and some of the chairs are downright unsafe.The linens and couch pillows are old and smell every bit of their years.
There is dust on the hard furniture and cobwebs in the corners of the windows and sliders. One of the bathroom sinks does not drain, and the other one does not have a stopper. The third bedroom is non-conforming, which I don’t recall reading in the description, it may have been there, but I didn’t see it. Point being it’s dark and hot with no ventilation. One of the window cranks is broken and another bedroom so we could not close the window, that was fine when people were outside at midnight smoking. the property manager was very accessible and helpful , but based on condition of property I would guess he hasn’t actually toured the property in quite some time unfortunately. But again, amazing location with fantastic views in a great property.
