A couple of blocks away is the Ruth Hardy Park. This is outdoor living at its best, with tennis courts, picnic areas and a featured wellness center.

Tim’s place is so clean and beautiful. It has very modern finishing inside and gives you a feeling of a luxurious boutique hotel, but better!! The photos don’t do its justice; Tim’s place is quiet and has everything we needed, and it’s located at one of the best neighborhoods in town if you are a food lover. We didn’t even need a car during our one month stay! And it was one of the best vacation stays we’ve had.
Tim is super helpful and gave us a thorough tour before our stay, we appreciated all the info we got, and he was responsive when we needed something. We really recommend his condo and would love to come back and stay here again during the winter sometime!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Walking distance to everything in town. Tim made us feel so welcome. Condo is quiet and fully equipped for easy living!

We thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent here. Tim was an amazing host---he welcomed us at the condo and showed us around-- making us feel very welcome. The unit was newly renovated, up to date, and spotless. It is perfect for two people. with the location being so close to downtown Palm Springs, walking was easily done and we felt very safe in the movie colony area. My wife and I would highly recommend this condo--- you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much Tim!!!

Perfect location for walkers! Short distance to restaurants, shopping, Large parks!The condo is right sized for 2 people. Bonus is additional half bath! Full size appliances including washer- dryer. Large walk in shower. Loved everything about the Condo.The owners were very accommodating, making sure we had all the information we needed about the condo and the area. Our new Favourite! After many years in PS.
