Very well located apartment house in the favorite and quiet Salet area. 5 minutes walking distance to skipist to Signal which brings you to Corviglia skiing and trekking aerea. Shopping facilities and busservice in 10 minuntes walking distance.

Renovated, very friendly apartment on the 1st floor. About 40 m2. Living- /dining room with fire place, kitchenette without dishwasher, balcony. Pullout-bed for 1 person. In the same room optical apart 1 doublebed. Bath/shower, WC. Lift. Garage Nr. A4. The newly renovated 2 - room apartment Maurus A3 is located next door and could be rented as well if there is availibility.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil, dass man Schlüssel bei Agentur wieder abgeben muss (ca. 1 km entfernt von Wohnung). Recht später Check-In und früher Check Out. Sonst alles tadellos von der Lage und Ausstattung!
