About this apartment rental
2 The Coach House is a 2-bedroom house that is just a 10-minute walk from Porthminster beach, St Ives. It sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a family shower room on the ground floor with shower, wash basin and WC.
The living room and dining room is large and open plan with access to 2 enclosed outside areas with outdoor furniture. The sea views from the living room are spectacular!
2 The Coach House is very conveniently located on the main road into St Ives.
Porthminster beach is 10 minutes’ walk away downhill and the town centre and harbour is just 15 minutes on foot.
1 x small to medium sized (up to 18kgs) well-behaved dog is accepted.A pet fee applies of £50 per week which we collect from guests once the property is booked (terms and conditions apply). Please let us know the age, sex and breed when booking.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
2 parking spaces are provided for your stay and are directly outside the holiday home.
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
Please note, if you intend to bring your own travel cot or hire one, the rooms are small and so you may need to move the beds to suit your own family needs.

We really enjoyed our stay, the coach house was gorgeous and spacious and had beautiful sea views. It was the perfect location and within walking distance to everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back. Great communication and easy check in process. Thank you

We recently stayed at 2 the Coach House. The accommodation was clean bright and modern. Perfect all being on one floor. The parking space was a bonus. There was a nice secure decked garden area with seating. Useful for our small dogs. Sofas and beds were really comfortable. Infact the accommodation was well equipped. Loved the extra welcome pack touches- coffee pods/local apple juice/biscuits/eggs/fresh bread/milk etc. we were aware of being near the main road as could here traffic noise, however it wouldn’t deter us from staying again or recommending. Great location and nice to see a glimpse of the sea from the accommodation as well .

Lovely accommodation in itself but partly marred by noise from the accommodation above, which was directly over the bedrooms. Very steep walk to the beach but worth it as it was stunning!

Excellent booking service with oranges Roofs .
Responded very quickly when emailing the company with any questions I had . The apartment was beautiful , very clean , very modern very accommodating, was very homely. We will definitely be booking to come back . We had a fantastic week 😊 Thank you very much for the little touches that were left for us on arrival it ment a lot . Thanks again . Rebecca & Family .
