Beautiful, bright 1-bedroom 1-bath home in Grover Beach just 14 blocks from Pismo Beach, California. Walking distance from parks, tennis court, basketball court downtown and many restaurants.
All living space is upstairs with lots of bright windows and view of hills in the distance. King size bed in good size master bedroom. Spa tub/shower in master bathroom is a great addition to make your stay more relaxing. Laundry is upstairs. Linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen are included. Wonderful restaurants, quaint shops, beautiful wineries, are minutes away from our beach home. There is a minimum 30 day stay. We hope you will enjoy your time in the beautiful Central Coast.

Bright beautiful clean property. We stayed for a month and loved it. The hosts thought of everything when they stocked the place, were responsive when we had questions and could not have been nicer. Quiet area and convenient to everything. We will be back!

This is like living in a normal healthy neighborhood. Only a short drive to Pismo, supermarket practically around the corner. The beach is a 5 minute drive at the west end of Grande Ave. The coast here is super, and all within a half-hour drive. From Morro Bay in the north, to Santa Barbara in the south, we had no lack of daily sightseeing trips and interesting destinations. Our rental lacked nothing ! And we are experienced vacation property users. A little pricey, but hey, what isn't these days.
