Very convenient location, about 15–20 minutes from the airport. Good value for money and a nice neighborhood, especially for travelers just passing through.
Not ideal if your main goal is to visit the city center because of the distance, but perfect for a short transit stay. The house is a bit dated, so you can hear people walking around, but it’s manageable.

The property was well-organized with simple contactless (keypad) check-in. The proprieter communicated fully and well. There was a pond out back(!) So pretty with all the cherry trees in bloom. Simple and efficient set up, easy to get to. No frills. Also, it was incredibly inexpensive for Vancouver. Perfect for what we were looking for -- which was a place to sleep.
This was a pefectly adequate place to stay. The location was ideal for us, although we are originally from Vancouver, so we knew where we were going. A TV in the room might have been nice, but entirely unnecessary.
