About this apartment rental
Charming Bermeja Beach is in a fabulous beach-side location, yet close to Estepona town centre. Houses with apartments are nestled around the garden and steps are leading down to Estepona’ s most popular beach – Playa del Cristo, a sheltered bay with gently shelving sand and two beach restaurants, perfect for families.
There is a shared swimming pool, with a view over the sea.
Bermeja Beach has a central location and no car is needed. You can walk to Estepona harbor and to the beautiful centre
The apartment is deceptively spacious and has 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, a dressing area and patio doors to the large terrace.
There is a further full bathroom with twin sinks and a bath with a shower.
The property has been recently renovated and boasts a fantastic kitchen with integrated appliances, with dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
This lovely apartment also has a large tiled terrace with good quality furniture for dining “al fresco” and a coffee/ relaxation area with 2 large sofas and a coffee table. There is a further patio overlooking the gardens with partial sea view and with a small dining table.
There are marble floors throughout and air-conditioning in all rooms.
Guest access
There are 5 minutes’ walk to Estepona harbour with restaurants, cafes, pubs and 15 minutes’ walk to Estepona’ s beautiful and quaint centre with shopping and further restaurants and cafes.
The closest food store is 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 kilometres away and are easily reached by car or bus.
There are also buses to Estepona or Marbella from Malaga airport.
With its great access to Estepona and beachside location (less than 50 meters from the beach) this property is highly recommended for all guests except disabled, elderly or infirm due to the steps.
In Andalusia, Spain a new law states that passports of all tenants need to be registered by the host. Therefore, please provide a copy of the passport for every guest together with the booking request. When you arrive, we will check your passports to fulfill the legal requirements of Andalusia.

We as a family of six.. 5 adults and a 4 year old, had a wonderful time in Estepona. The apartment was first class with two large patios, large well equipped clean spacious rooms surrounded by well kept gardens. Just a short walk to the good sized very clean pool which overlooks the beautiful beach. The apartments are next to a safe sandy beach. We would definitely use this apartment again!!

We were 3 adults and 2 children ( 4 yrs and 2 yrs) in an apartment which could accommodate 8. The week was 6th to13th October and the weather was beautiful. The proximity of “our”beach was perfect for the little ones,as were the cherenguitas. The water was safe and sheltered by a sea wall. We needed the push chair to go to the port area,and our hired car to visit the town with them.
The apartment was well equipped - the bathrooms were adequate though a bit “tired”. The beds were very comfortable The attractive fountain on the larger terrace did not work. Some of the outdoor furniture needed replaced.
All in all, it provided a super holiday base for our needs, and I would be happy to return

Big, modern apartment in a great location. Large terrace, cozy furniture - you can hear the ocean in the evenings. Estepona’s best beach is just a few steps away. Walking distance to shops, grocery stores, nightclubs, and good restaurants. Swimming pool with nice ocean view! Comfortable beds. Great modern kitchen. Fast Internet.(We spent our holiday on September 2-9 there).We can really recommend this apartment!
