Facility was not fancy but functional, well maintained and clean. Beds were really good slept well and enjoyed the terass seating area. Everything worked. Had the fortune to meet the host and we had som helpful exchanges of traveling/living experiences.
Sharing toilet, kitchen and terrass does pose both opportunities to meet new people bu also risk comfort if your suit mates don’t behave well.I had the place for myself (off season) and have no complaint whatsoever ever.

location was very good, balcony was nice and the ac worked well. owner is super nice and gave us all the info we needed in time. kitchen had everything we needed
the bathroom wasn't in the cleanest state, but other than that everything worked there well

Average apartment. Small room. You get what you pay for. Good location for staying on the island if you miss out on Hvar town. Stari grad is much less touristic and more authentic although jelsa was the nicest town on the island.
Balcony was not private. You’re sharing the bathroom and toilet with upto 4 other people so reliant on them keeping the shared facilities clean. The cleaning ladies visit in the morning and were lovely.
Passive aggressive signs throughout the property. Including strange ones ‘only one person in the shower’..lol..wut?
Another person couldn’t work out using the washing machine.
