About this house rental
Sollies-Pont. Superb and recent villa of 130 m² located 1 km from the center of this small Provencal town, capital of Fig. Between the Mediterranean and authentic Provence, Sollies-Pont is part of the Gapeau Valley, renowned for its hills, its green and refreshing countryside that surrounds the tourist centers of the Var. We like to come and relax, visit the typical Provencal villages as well as museums, chapels, historical monuments, natural wonders, vestiges of an ancient past, well-established traditions, taste local products without forgetting to take advantage of the many festivities that punctuate summer. Hyères and Toulon are 15 kms away and you can enjoy their many beaches.
Villa on 2 levels planted with olive trees, some of which are over a hundred years old, on 1,750 m² of enclosed land. Electric gate.
Ground floor:
American kitchen open to living room opening onto terrace, bedroom (double bed), bathroom, separate wc.
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 2 of which open onto the terrace, shower room with wc.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
Private swimming pool of 4 X 8 m with outdoor shower.
BBQ facilities are available.
A baby cot and high chair are also available if needed.
From 800 € to 1850 € the week depending on season.

le propriétaire est super gentil et à l'écoute .De part son amabilité je me suis donner comme mission d'encore plus respecter le domicile et faire le groupe respecter.
