Le logement est proche des commodités et comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.
Le logement avait une odeur de tabac froid, les vêtements ont pris cette odeur. C'est le seul point négatif que je n'ai pas apprécié.

Le calme et la propreté
L entrée la courée n'est vraiment pas accueillante et pas très propre.
Seul bémol à cette location .
Sinon bien situé près du centre ville.

Pratique, et assez bien aménagé
le chauffage pour les pièces du haut pour lesquelles la pompe à chaleur n’agis pas suffisamment

Very well managed property, while it was a small space it was excellently laid out, owner communication is excellent and is very kind. Utilities mostly present. Very tidy place.
The entrance to the property was on quite a rough alleyway. It wasn't quite a two bed property as mentioned in the description. It was a small apartment, one en suite room and then an attic with only space for a mattress.
