With the lake just steps away and downtown Tahoe City only about two miles away, this condo is perfectly positioned for year-round fun: skiing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, and everything in between.

Guests enjoy full access to Star Harbor’s seasonal HOA amenities, including the private beach, shared pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, and horseshoe pit, all set on beautifully maintained lakefront grounds.

Inside, the home is laid out for groups and families, with inviting gathering spaces and multiple bedrooms spread across two levels. On the entry level, you’ll find a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an elevated dining area for 6 that overlooks the living room and those show-stopping lake views. The living room offers comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and an electric insert fireplace—great for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain. Step out onto the lakefront deck above the beach, fire up the gas grill, and settle in for sunset over the water.

Lake Forest Boat Ramp is located at 2500 Lake Forest Rd in Tahoe City, CA

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
