We have stayed in this unit several times. It's very nice, convenient, great views and the complex has beautiful grounds.

We loved this place. Super clean and right on the bay with a short walk to the beach. The property management was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back!

We love needle rush point and have stayed at a friend’s condo in the past. This is the first time renting from Luxury Coastal and while the process and people were very nice and accommodating, we found the property we stayed in to be outdated- like carpets needed cleaning and master bedroom rug stretched and cleaned. The toaster burnt half of one side of bread(we didn’t discover this until the morning we were leaving), one side of refrigerator was rusted, the ice machine wasn’t working properly (which we told the tech who came out to adjust the temperature- but it didn’t get fixed), the light above the stove was out(the tech did get a new lightbulb and fixed it). While we didn’t use the washer we did find the outside lid to be rusted. If F12 was updated to Luxury standards, it would have been perfect- just like the balcony, the view and the overall needle rush point property.
