Pros:
- Lovely community kitchen incl. filtered tab water outlet to drink and a little cafetéra for good coffee.
- Enjoyable patio/garden
- Friendly & helpful host
- Comfortable bed and spacious rain-style shower
- Windows have blinds and also wooden panels to make it completely dark
- 10 min walk to the center, 10 min to vescovo train station
- Windows well insultated for sound from outside
Con:
- Vertically between rooms the sound insulation is really bad, you hear talking and every step from above.

The place was very neat and very confortable. All details arranged with care. Davide was always available and kind. He provided us with all we needed to enjoy our stay. I strongly recommend this place.

"Everything was perfect. Close to the center, only 15 minutes walking distance. Room was big, clean, had everything we needed. Garden was perfect for morning coffee :) Also, Davide was kind and helpful..."
