Enjoy during your stay in Paris a splendid view of the Eiffel Tower from your bedroom and from the living room.
This apartment has been completely renovated to accommodate you in a "Vintage Loft" atmosphere, on the top floor of a residence built in 1850, located in the Rue de Vaugirard, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Its wooden floors, its library and the decorative items create a very cosy atmosphere.
This Suite of 36 m² offers from its lobby, easy access to the bedroom with shower room, to the kitchen, as well as to the living / dining room. Right away, the large windows let you discover the Eiffel Tower and the glass wall offers a beautiful brightness to the Suite.
The 160cm queen size beds with 18cm mattress, the modern shower room with "Rainshower", the full kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, juice maker, toaster, kettle, electric cooking plates and all the necessary crockery and glassware are available for you.
The two connected Smart TV, WiFi, Freebox with international TV channels, Blue Ray DVD, printer, and the Bluetooth multimedia system allow you to stay connected throughout your stay.
You access the suite by the "Vintage" staircase and you will find your accommodation on the 4th and last floor of the building.
The Suite is equipped for 1 to 4 people, the second bed being the double sofa bed in the living room, which offers a great comfort thanks to its 18cm mattress with memory foam.
The two smart televisions allow you to follow the program of your choice in each room and the sliding door with the blinds can be used to separate the two rooms if necessary.
All bed linen and towels are supplied and an additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay in Paris.
This apartment is located on the Rue de Vaugirard (the longest street of Paris) between the subway stations Volontaires and Vaugirard (line 12). This subway line crosses the whole city of Paris (north to south-west) and allows you to go very easily to Paris Porte de Versailles-EXPO for the famous salons "leisure and professional" and to Montparnasse, Rue du Bac and the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, the Orsay museum, the national Assembly, the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre museum, La Madeleine Place Vendome, the Saint-Lazare train station near the Grands boulevards and Paris by night at Pigalle or Montmartre with its artists and the Place du Tertre.
The nearby subway allows you to go quickly to the Gare Montparnasse (5 minutes) to the Gare de Lyon and Saint Lazare (25mn) and the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (30min).
Line 12 crosses the line 1 at Concorde which also allows you to explore Paris from East to West (La Défense, Congrès Porte Maillot, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, the Grand Palaces, the Royal Palace, the Louvre Museum, Châtelet, City Hall, the Marais, Bastille, the gare de Lyon to the Château of Vincennes.
Easy access from the Rue Vaugirard the ring road of Paris to the airports of Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly. Public parking open 24/24 at 200 meters.

My son and I recently stayed in this property for 8 nights and it was terrific! The property has a direct line of sight of the Eiffel tower which is especially impressive at night. The set-up was great for the two of us because they offer a very comfortable pull-out couch that was already made up when we arrived. At checkin we were greeted on time and were given a quick overview of the property. The neighborhood was relatively safe and away for the inner-city congestion but was easily walkable to Sienne River and museums and for further destination is steps away from the metro. The kitchen included all conveniences such as a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and included a washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication and responsive to all questions, Najet met me 4 hours early and allowed an early check in, Again - communication from Wlm, Catherine and Team was excellent.
The apartment is well stocked - you have everything you need for cooking, dishwashing and washing / drying clothes. You also receive an instruction sheet telling you how to run everything - super helpful!!!
The neighborhood is bustling, but quiet. Access to the Metro is 100 meters or so, so getting anywhere in Paris is about 30 minutes at most - outstanding location!!!
The view!!! The Eiffel Tower is about a kilometer away - looks like it is right in your back yard. Exceptional at night!!!
The only item to be aware of is - about 70 steps up to the apartment. Was not a concern for me as the reward is the view!!!
Highly recommend staying at this property.

Tout est a proximité, resto, vigneron, boulangerie, fruiterie ... Et métro.
Propriétaire super flexible dans les heures de départ et d'arrivée, répond rapidement aux courriels si vous avez des questions.
Appartement bien aménagé avec tout à disposition, parfait pour 2 a 4 personnes.
Nous avons adorer notre expérience et recommandons à 100% cet endroit!! Encore merci au proprio de s être ajusté à notre horaire de vol!!

When I first saw this listing, I thought it was too good to be true - the apartment looked beautiful, the location seemed fantastic, and the price was reasonable. I took a deep breath and booked, in part because I was so impressed by the detailed information William provided in his listing and how thoughtfully the apartment was designed. And I was not disappointed in the least. Everything was exactly as described, and William was responsive and helpful with all communication.
After a long day of walking around Paris the stairs can be a little daunting, but the apartment itself is worth the climb. The views are gorgeous, and the bed is very comfortable. There are fans provided if the weather's really warm - we just missed the most recent heat wave but I did try out the tower fan and it cools the whole place quickly and quietly. The bathroom is well-appointed. (I loved the rain shower!) The kitchen has everything except a refrigerator, and for short people can be a little challenging, but it's otherwise great. The location is phenomenal. Very close to Volontaires, and with many restaurant/bar/market/bakery options steps away from the front door. Our mainstay was Justin; perfect for a quick bite and expresso to start your day. (There's also a super cute cat cafe, Chat Mallows, across the street from Volontaires.) And of course I have to go back to the views - they are breathtaking, exactly as the listing shows.
Words really can't do this apartment justice. The only thing I would change would be to make my stay longer. It's the perfect base from which to explore Paris. And William is a gracious and helpful host. So glad we got to stay here.
