The apartment is located on the ground floor directly on the dune which overlooks the large beach of La Turballe.
It consists :
- a kitchen living room on veranda of 40 m² opening onto a large terrace and a sand garden.
The kitchen is equipped: induction hob, multi-function oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, central island
- a bedroom for 2 people (140 cm bed)
- a 3-person bedroom (90 bed + 90 drawer bed + 120 mezzanine bed)
- bathroom
- an independent WC
- an entrance
a laundry room (washing machine)
It is located in a luxury condominium with tennis and has private parking.
It will offer a relaxing stay near the port and its shops (900m) and the salt marshes (200m)

Avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très agréable où il ne manque rien. Il est également très bien situé pour de belles ballades, que ce soit à pied, en voiture ou encore à vélo. De belles découvertes. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Die Ferienwohnung ist phantastisch eingerichtet, die Nähe zum Strand, also direct hinter der Dühnung, ist hervorragend un die Bucht von La Turballe lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen am Strand ein.

Als 4-köpfige Familie haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage unmittelbar am Strand und mit dem Ortszentrum von La Turballe in Spaziergang-Reichweite. Ein wenig vermisst haben wir den direkten Blick auf's Meer.
Auch gefallen hat uns die extra Schlafmöglichkeit im Hochbett, Verfügbarkeit von Internet über WLAN sowie generell die Austattung der Wohnung.

Extraordinairement bien située, quasiment sur la dune, et d'un calme remarquable, mais... aucune possibilité d'aérer la nuit (à moins de laisser la porte-fenêtre ou la porte d'entrée ouverte ou entr'ouverte [?!]), pour un peu rafraichir le logement dont la magnifique véranda est une véritable serre. Quant à l'exiguïté de la chambre, sans aération non plus et le coin-lit pour enfant, sans porte ni fenêtre, expliquent le 3 sur 5 de notre appréciation générale.
Mais je le répète : calme absolu remarquable et très très appréciable. Nous recommanderions cette location malgré tout.
