About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a building with elevator and has a panoramic sea view.
It is a quiet apartment and through its five windows enjoys a magnificent view of the sea. The terrace is 10 sqm overlooking the sea and equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Access to the terrace from the living room. In the living room there is a sitting area with two armchairs and a sofa bed that converts to two single beds; a kitchenette with gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker (both Italian mocca and filter types) and dishwasher. From here a corridor leads to a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a window overlooking the sea, and to the double bedroom. All the furniture is bright in color making for a very bright apartment.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building (lift available), where there are also smaller shops and restaurants. At guests' disposal there is a washing machine, internet wi fi, private parking, lift. The beach directly in front of the building is free to use. And about 1000 meters from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" is also available to guests a private property with botanical path and sitting areas, as well as dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi included.
Not included and to be paid in euros on the premises: Security deposit € 200, air conditioning € 1/ kW, heating € 2/ hour. Pet allowed on request (please tell us the breed and size)

Marina di Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful village, located on the Etruscan Coast, south of Livorno and just 30 km north of Piombino, exit point for Elba Island. The area is famous for its crystal clear sea water but also for some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima which are real attractions, or also for the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25km).
