LA ROSIERE 1850 - Luminous charming apartment located in a private domain, with direct access to the 180km French-Italian slopes of the San Bernardo ski area.
Welcoming up to 6 people max, the apartment based in a beautiful chalet, has:
1 bedroom with a double bed.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
2 bathrooms & 2 toilets.
1 equipped kitchen.
1 large terrace with south orientation + 180° view on the Tarentaise Valley.
Private ski room with boots dryer.
Covered private garage.
5 access badges to the spa (indoor pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, thalassotherapy, and gym).
Each bedroom is equipped with: electric beds with confortable mattresses, as well as excellent lightings for reading, large closets, a HD Plasma TV and radio. Bedsheets of excellent quality are provided. View on the mountains from the bedrooms. Large tilt-and-turn windows.
Bathroom with separate toilet, and a showerroom with toilet. Both have an electric towels dryer and a hairdryer. Towels are provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combi oven / microwave, induction hob, toaster, raclette grill, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The living room has a large and confortable sofa-bed, a dining table for 6 people, and is equipped with a HD Plasma TV with: CD and DVD player, radio, TNT access, Wifi connection.
Other: Underfloor heating and heaters. Thermostats in each room. Elevator. Concierge service.
Internal rules: 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. Maximum 6 people. Non-smoking rental. No pets allowed.
With a family character, the village of La Rosière and Les Eucherts is very beautiful and traditional (only wood chalets!). Slopes are very well maintained, and there is almost no waiting at the ski lifts. The French-Italian San Bernardo ski area is multi-levels and has a children's snow club, snow park, boardercross, and has excellent on-piste restaurants. Access to Italy is simple. Wherever you are on the slopes, the panoramic view is breathtaking! Only 30 minutes by car from Tignes-Val D'Isère, and the funicular which lead to Les Arcs.
Possibilities of thrilling experiences such as: paragliding, freestyle, speed flying, off-piste skiing with guide, kite skiing, heliskiing (in Italy), dog sledding.
The after ski is also rich in activities: cinema, bowling, ice skating, shopping, ballads, sledging, bars/pubs, disco, and excellent restaurants. Special events are also organized every week.

The apartment was 5* and exactly as advertised. Well presented, clean and to a very good standard throughout.The underfloor heating was great and despite the outside temperature not being that cold this would have been really useful during the winter months.The property also benefits from the Spa and Swimming Pool within the main complex and again this is to a very high standard, perfect at the end of a day’s skiing!Good parking facilities in the underground car park with good head height clearance, approximately 2.3m (which was useful has our car with a roof box managed to just squeeze under.Good security from approaching the underground car park through to the apartment.The apartment is approximately 50 metres from the free bus service which serves Les Eucherts and La Rosiere, very convenient especially with two young children.Overall, this property is great value, well equipped and modern. It offers all the facilities you would need and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Overall the property is lovely. Well equipt with utensils, plates, pots etc although the property is not geared towards home cooking, with minimum workspace for basic prep, but it is more than adequate. Plates and bowls are tired, but good.Oven/microwave is complicated. All manuals for equipment and safety information are only in French. Very nicely presented property, feels homely and is clean. Decor is simple and classic. Good quality bedlinen and towels.There is no DVD or CD player as advertised. Owner informed us (while there) it was broken, not been replaced. A bit annoying as we has taken films to watch as a family. Only French tv can be accessed.Very close to slopes, ski school and facilities all within walking distance. There are small food shops, bakery, pharmacy and retail shops all within walking distance, and a selection of places to eat.The area feels safe, and good for families. Although you can ski out (very cautiously!) as a novice. You have to be a more experienced skier to ski in. There is a free bus that helps you back up, it's hard work in ski boots and carrying skis.Having access to the centre swimming pool is lovely bonus. Covered, internal parking is 5-7 mins walk from apartment. via stairs and lifts with coded access.Boot room/ski storage is secure, easily accessed, below apartment has heated boot warmers, lovey bonus.

bel appartement où tout est bien pensé ( mobilier, éclairages) bien équipé (il ne manque rien dans la cuisine)
la literie est excellente; au calme loin de la rue
très belle terrasse, belle vue ,
deux petits défauts: la piscine et le spa ne sont pas dans l'immeuble mais dans un autre proche même chose pour le parking.
