About this farm stay rental
Welcome to my charming Provencal Mas of the Alpilles.
Surface of 130 M2, pretty flowered courtyard in the front and a nice garden of 400 M2 in the back endowed with a nice swimming pool. 7m by 3m, 50 .
You are in peace, in the countryside while being 3km from Mouries, 10km from Maussanne-les-Alpilles and 20Km from Saint-Remy de Provence.
For the beach, it will take 45 minutes to reach the Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.
The farmhouse, completely renovated, can accommodate 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,2 shower room, 3 toilets). You are in the countryside, 3 km from Mouries (first olive village in France).
Many village festivals during the summer, golf, horseback riding, Avignon festival, Arles photo meetings .....
This region offers many and varied choices.
The mas is part of a hamlet of the 18th and originally a single owner owned the whole hamlet.
The house is therefore terraced, but since the living space is located on the pool side, in the larger of the two gardens, you are quiet and this garden is not overlooked. The more of the two gardens also allows to isolate ones own to read in peace ...
Ground floor :
Living room overlooking the flowery courtyard, a bathroom with toilet, a large and functional kitchen with dining area overlooking the terrace and the pool garden.
First floor : 2 air-conditioned room,
a very large room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed
a master bedroom with a double bed.
Between the two bedrooms a bathroom with access to the two bedrooms (separate WC + many storage).
In the garden is also a separate annex room with double bed, storage, air conditioning and bathroom with toilet.
It is an old house, full of charm, with its stone walls which retain the freshness in summer.
This house is not exclusively for rental, it is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) and has been completely renovated with taste (travertine, stone floor, beams, niches etc.)
The idea being to preserve her old lady's looks by adding all the comfort.
All the rooms of the house are equipped with mosquito net,and air conditioning.

Petanque balls and pool games for the younger ones.

Sylvie and Patrice were very helpful with all my questions and had great suggestions for local places and restaurants. The house was accurately described and clean and well-maintained, about 6 minutes from the tranquil and friendly village of Mouries. Really enjoyed my stay there. Great neighbors too.

Nous avons passé trois semaines
formidables . Ce mas est absolument charmant , fonctionnel , très bien équipé , meublé avec goût, (literie est au top ) dans un environnement calme et reposant .
La piscine est vraiment un plus !
Sylvie a été aux petits soins .

Très bon sejour, le descriptif est conforme à la location et les propriétaires étaient à l écoute de nos questions.
Location idéale pour une famille.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette jolie maison familiale qui présente tout le confort nécessaire pour un beau séjour. Maison idéalement située permettant de sillonner la région. Belle décoration, confort assuré. Un bémol, à la fin du séjour au moment de la restitution, les relations se sont tendues avec les propriétaires que nous avons trouvé particulièrement tatillons alors que nous sommes des habitués de ce type de location et que nous avons coutume de rendre la maison dans un état impeccable. Soit nous avons rencontré des difficultés avec la piscine qu'il convient de traiter manuellement très régulièrement, mais nous ne sommes pas piscinistes... Enfin, pour le prix de la location, demander le remboursement d'un drap taché avant renvoi du chèque du caution, c'est un peu exagéré.
Tout en sachant que nous avions pris la peine de changer un pommeau de douche défectueux à nos frais.
Une alerte : bien que ce soit précisé dans l'annonce : mais nous n'y avions pas prêté attention : vous récupérez votre chèque de caution 10 jours après votre départ....
