About this house rental
The house is located in a private dead end, a true haven of peace, while being close to the pretty port of Brusc, which has remained very picturesque, where there are many shops, restaurants, bars, mini-market, market ...
You have access on foot to the exceptional natural site of Gaou, to wild coves, to hiking trails in the magnificent Cape Sicié massif, to the sailing school, to many nautical activities, to the beaches and to the pier for Embiez Island. A stay without a car is therefore quite possible!
Upstairs, the house consists of:
- a large living room decorated with care that includes an equipped kitchen / dining / living room, open onto a beautiful terrace with a drop-down blind, a most pleasant space in any season.
- three bedrooms: bedroom 1 (one double bed), bedroom 2 (two single beds), bedroom 3 (two bunk beds and one single bed)
- a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The ground floor is an independent two-room apartment comprising: a bedroom equipped with two single beds which can be joined into a double bed, a living room whose sofa is convertible into a bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a large terrace.
Household linen is not provided.
Cleaning on departure is compulsory, it is 110 euros.
The garden, with an area of 700 m2, is a protected space arranged to offer the maximum of pleasure: pétanque ground (with balls available), ping pong table, table football, hammock, barbecue, deckchairs ... Pleasure and relaxation guaranteed!
Two or three cars can be parked on a gravelled driveway along the property.

A dream house! The house is in a quiet residential area, but we didn't hear much from the neighbors. The garden is huge which was very beneficial for a larger group. This is a great way to keep yourself busy indoors on days when you don't want to leave the house. We then spent days playing table tennis, boule or table football or simply lying in the hammock; but there were also enough parlor games in the house.
The old furniture makes the house special! Very cozy! And there is also enough space, so that we never got too cramped with seven people.
And the area has just as much to offer: the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, there are plenty of shops and the small island, which is also a 10-minute walk away, offers great experiences for nice walks. There was Mont Salva for hiking. And if you just want to sit comfortably at the harbor, there are enough cafes and restaurants at the harbor.
The caretaker of the house, Pierre, made our holiday easier with a quick and pleasant check-in and could always be contacted if we had any questions or requests. Even when checking out, everything went smoothly and he tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us.
All in all it was a very nice holiday for us with a varied program in a comfortable environment. We recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! It is very well equipped, close to the beach and the town with shops and bakeries and provides everything you need to spend a great holiday. Thanks a lot!

We hebben een hartelijk ontvangst gehad, zijn keurig rondgeleid. Prachtig huis, ruime kamers, genoeg plek om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten. Mooi overdekt terras, ruime keuken met alle gemakken. Huis bevindt zich dichtbij de haven, naar het strand te voet is wel even lopen. Prima verblijf voor een heerlijke strandvakantie!

Das Haus ist von der Lage her gut geeignet, um das Meer und die Natur zu genießen und Ausflüge zu den wunderschönen Städten der Provence zu unternehmen. Bei Ankunft waren wir etwas überrascht dass der Zugang zur dem separaten Zimmer durch eine - zwar bestens ausgestattete, aber sehr staubig und düstere - Werkstatt ging. Unsere Kids waren nicht begeistert dort im düsteren Keller zu wohnen. Das separate Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung. Der Rest des Hauses war gut ausgestattet, jedoch ein wenig antiquiert und teilweise auch eingestaubt. Eine weitere Herausforderung bestand darin, dass wir bei Abreise keinen Müll zurücklassen durften. Am Samstag früh (in der Nacht) wurde zum letzten Mal die Restmülltonne gelehrt und wir sind an dem Abend vor Abreise zigmal zur Tonne gelaufen, damit wir auch allen Müll entsorgen. Aber es ist nicht möglich bei einer sechsköpfigen Familie am Morgen der Abreise keinen Müll mehr zu machen. Martine, die die Übergabe gemacht hat, hat sich auch nicht erweichen lassen, den Müll zu entsorgen. So haben wir uns mit dem Müll auf unsere zehnstündige Heimreise gemacht. Da hätten wir uns eine andere Regelung gewünscht. Martine war auch sehr streng mit der Übergabezeit. Wir waren um 9.30 bereits aus dem Haus draußen, hatten aber noch ein Problem mit dem Verstauen des Gepäcks. Um 10.10 hat sie uns dann aufgefordert, dass wir unseren Wagen aus der Ausfahrt fahren sollten, damit sie das Tor abschließen kann. Man muss dazu sagen, dass ein Herausfahren alleine nicht möglich war, da die Zufahrt zu dem Haus ein sehr enger kleiner Weg ist, auf dem wir alles blockiert hätten. Irgendwie haben wir den Kofferraum dann doch zubekommen und konnten losfahren. Abgesehen davon hatten wir schöne, warme zwei Wochen und die Freizeitausstattung im Haus ist super. Wir konnten Boule und Tischtennis spielen, uns sonnen und in der Hängematte entspannen. Nach dem Aufpumpen der zwei Fahrräder konnten wir auch diese für einen kleinen Ausflug nutzen. Auch die Küche ist bestens und mehrfach ausgestattet. Die Menschen um uns herum waren sehr freundlich und nett. Die Gegend ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
