About this apartment rental
Charming, quiet unit, in a nice family neighborhood in Campbell. Very comfortable, private studio for 3 people. Guests have their own private entrance and small patio. The unit is approximately 550 sq.ft. comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, Murphy bed, couch, and dining set. Linens and towels are provided. There is a large walk-in closet for you to store your things. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, electrical cook top, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. The bathroom with a tub/shower is stocked with a blow dryer, shampoo and body wash. The flat screen TV comes with AT&T U-verse, with premium channels, DVD player and internet/WIFI access. There is plenty of street parking. The location is ideal for business professionals, with easy access to multiple freeways, highways and a light rail station. It is near to major tech company HQs (Netflix, Barracuda, eBay, Apple, etc). Ten minutes walk or 2 min drive to the VTA light rail which takes you directly to SAP Center Home of San Jose Sharks or Levi's Stadium Home of 49ers .

Quiet, cozy studio close to shopping, highways, only 30 minutes to the beach! It has everything you may need for your stay and Leon was quick to reply if I had any questions. The entrance has a lovely flagstone walkway. I would stay there again.

The property was great until an animal got into the ducting behind the refrig, We i came home around 9pm that's when the scratching started and it was loud, I wasn't worried about it getting into the room through the ductwork but the scratching sound was unbearable, I tried sleeping but kept getting woke. I called Leon and explained the problem and told him that I couldn't sleep in the unit and needed to leave, He said he would reimburse me my last night stay for the inconveience.. I haven't been contacted by him yet.
