Das Haus hat reichlich Platz auch für eine größere Familie. Insgesamt standen 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (140x190 cm) sowie ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten (90x190 cm) zur Verfügung. Die Velux-Dachfenster im 1. OG haben Verdunkelungsrollos. Das Haus ist auch bei Sonnenschein innen nicht übermäßig hell, weil die Bäume viel Schatten geben.
Das Haus ist alt und hellhörig, der Holzfußboden im 1. OG knarzt bei jedem Schritt. Positiv ist die ruhige Lage am Wald und so gut wie kein Autoverkehr vor dem Haus, so daß die Kinder im Garten und auch auf der Straße gefahrlos spielen konnten. Man kann durch ein Gartentor direkt auf einen Lauf- und Reitpfad gelangen, der zum Strand führt (ca. 10 Min. Laufweg). Die Küche ist ziemlich komplett eingerichtet u.a. mit Tiefkühler, Spülmaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine und Nespressomaschine sowie Mikrowelle, Heißwasserkocher, Schnellkochtopf, usw., allerdings mußte das meiste erstmal vorab von uns gewaschen werden, weil es von den Vormietern nicht richtig sauber hinterlassen wurde.
Für ein oder zwei ruhige Urlaubswochen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine erlaubt auch das schnelle Durchwaschen von Kleidung falls Bedarf besteht. Da Geschirr, Besteck sowie Gläser und Tassen in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden sind, kann auch eine größere Familie zuhause essen und muß nicht gleich alles abspülen sondern kann am Ende des Tages die gut gefüllte, ausgesprochen leise arbeitende Spülmaschine anwerfen.

Villa bien placée, propre et bien équipée. Il est dommage cependant qu'il y ait une seule salle de bain comprenant les toilettes. La villa est également un peu sombre à l'intérieur.
