About this house rental
Oaktree Cottage (6) is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey house with magnificent distant views accessed off a car free central courtyard. Downstairs, there is a fully fitted kitchen with built in cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer; a dining area that opens out onto a patio and a twin bedroom with en- suite. The lounge has a wood burning stove to compliment the oil fired central heating and large windows overlooking its garden and views beyond. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a TV and hairdryer,having magnificent views and one twin, a jack and jill bathroom with fitted shower over the bath. The Property has its own private and self contained garden with garden furniture, barbecue and the most magnificent views to as far as Exmoor.

We stayed in Oak tree cottage for two weeks. The regular hosts were on vacation but Tracey and Phill took excellent care of us. There is something for everyone of all ages here. We enjoyed the pool and ponds. The peace and quiet are refreshing in todays world.

This property was a great place to stay with children. Although needing some updating the playroom kept the children happy for hours as did the playground. House itself was spacious although not a great internet connection.
The local area has good places to visit - The Heron Farm, The Fearne Animal Sanctuary - the kids loved these. Good Indian takeaway in Cullompton delivering to the cottages. To eat out in pubs and restaurants you need to plan as opening times vary
