About this apartment rental

Originally from ST MALO, we offer you this apartment which, by its position, will allow you to make the most of the seaside resort (Historical and cultural visits, Thermalism, beaches, ...)

Located on the ground floor of a secure residence, it is halfway between the Thermes Marins and the ramparts, facing the beach of Sillon (Street to cross).

We offer a T2 of 43m ² including:
* Stay
* Independent room
* Equipped kitchen
* Bathroom (shower)
* Separate toilet
We offer for one bedroom apartment of 43sq. m. located on the ground floor comprising:
* a living-room
* a bedroom
* a fully equipped kitchen
* a bathroom
* a separate toilet

In order to guarantee a quality accommodation (comfort, cleanliness and functionality), we have made the approach to have the apartment appraised, according to the new International Standards, common to hotels and campsites.

This visit, by an approved commission, allowed us to be classified in the category 3 stars (Order dated December 6th, 2017 from the Prefect of Ille et Vilaine).

Parking is a problem common to all agglomerations at the seaside; to make your stay even more enjoyable, we have acquired a parking space in the basement in a secure residence 150 m from the apartment (service without supplement)

Weekly stay, Sunday to Sunday

Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, bank check, travelers checks, cash as well as bank card via the site HomeAway

We also offer a T1 bis (2 people max.) Near the old town, with a terrace and a parking space in the basement
