Completely renovated for 2018, this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideally placed a few meters from the beaches of St Germain sur ay, which even in summer is not over-populated.

A terrace of 60m2 arranged for the beautiful days (living room 6 persons + barbecue + parasol and deckchairs). The fenced yard will allow you to let your pets romp freely without worrying.

My family and pups stayed here. The house had all the necessities, was so close to the beach that I could walk my dogs there, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone there was also friendly and the nature was fantastic! The owner was also really nice.
