This 3-room apartment with connected living and dining area is ideal for a holiday on the Baltic Sea with several people. Facilities The comfortable apartment for 4 persons and 1 child has a beautiful design and features a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms on the second floor and two shower rooms. The light-flooded living room has a fireplace, which invites you to a cozy get-together on cool evenings. On the adjoining furnished east-facing balcony you will find shade and relaxation under the awning on sunny days. The center of the modern kitchen is the charming sitting area, which invites you to linger. In one of the two friendly bedrooms you will find a comfortable double bed and a firm cot incl. Mattress, the other separate bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. Parking is available free of charge at the house. Details The non-smoking apartment is suitable for families with children and is located 100 meters from the beach and the cliffs of Boltenhagen. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
