The in-house elevator will take you comfortably to the apartment, directly from the underground car park. Facilities The allergy-friendly non-smoking apartment is divided into 2 floors. In the lower level there is a generously sized living and dining area with open kitchen and access to the sunlit south-east-facing balcony and a functionally equipped shower room with toilet. The 2. Floor has a bedroom with double bed and a small guest toilet. Depending on occupancy, a pull-out sofa bed is available in the living area as a comfortable 2-person sleeping place. Special features A travel cot and a high chair for the smallest guests are of course included. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory.
