If you're longing for some time at the ocean, consider Oceanus! The home stretches along its cliff-top perch on a single level, giving you spectacular, panoramic Pacific views from the large windows in nearly every room in the house, including the two bedrooms.
You'll spend your entire vacation in the constant presence of open sky and sparkling blue water, even when you're in the ocean-view hot tub. The open, sunlit great room, with its wood-burning fireplace and a beautiful wood dining table that seats 10, makes this a terrific place for gatherings of family and friends.Kids of all ages will love the entertainment amenities of the bonus/game room, including flat-screen TVs, Wi-fi, DVD players, children's movie collection and a ping pong table.
There's plenty of room in the yard to play, soak up the sun and watch for whales spouting. There's also a covered patio for getting out of the weather. Access to the beach is via a flight of steep stairs or by car to an easy access point under a mile away. Oceanus's central location in the Oceanlake district means you can walk to several nearby bars and restaurants, gift shops and even a movie theater, and you're a short trip by car to all the other attractions Lincoln City has to offer. Everything was provided. We were next door to a main house for our reunion.We never used the Jacuzzi or outside firepit, but we were close to the beach and had a great view.The garage had a ping pong table and a Wii that we used our last night. Even though chilly outside, the garage was comfortable and had a bathroom.

Property was great except when lawn people showed up next door and one guy decided to pee in the bushes and bared all of his body parts. Gross kind of ruined time spent on patio

On arrival. Hot tub top ripped up and lock ripped out. Looked like it was dragged through the mud. No screen on master bedroom window, Lots of bugs. Hinge on bathroom door not screwed in had to be fixed after a day. Could not close door. Disposal in kitchen making unusual noises. Did not use very inconvenient. Hot water heater dies for half the house on the weekend, which included hot water for the master bedroom and kitchen and washing machine. Was unable to be fixed until after we left. Dirty under counter, peices of food. Dishes chipped. Freezer smelled like fish, disgusting.
Staff very nice and pleasant. Tried to make things better but they knew after several days it was hopeless.
