בית גדול ומרווח עם חצר גדולה ומפנקת. די קרוב למרכז אוסקאפלה ולחוף הים (בערך 1.5 ק"מ)
מזרנים רכים (לנו פחות נוח). לא היו מוצרים בסיסיים, כמו קפה, סוכר, סבון כלים.
אין בבית מייבש כביסה

De ruimte in huis en in de tuin was heel aangenaam. We waren met 8 (2 gezinnen) en een hond, maar er was een zee van ruimte! Zowel in het huis (de kamers, de keuken, de woonkamer en eetplaats) als in de tuin (heel ruim en groen) was het heerlijk vertoeven.
Er viel ons niets tegen.
De uitleg over het sorteren van het afval kon iets duidelijker. Maar de gastvrouw gaf aan dat dit binnenkort toch helemaal zou veranderen, waardoor het allemaal helder en vlot zou lopen.
