Cosy kitchenette.

Although it was clean and comfortable enough, I would prefer a standard bed instead of sofa-bed.

windows could be largely open! (@floor 41), absolutely unique and lovely feature.
lots of coffee dozen to be used (>50), everything prepared with a nice sense of hospitality (although never met f2f the host)
the entrance door had no handle (by design)

Vue from 41st floor is awesome!
No air conditioning. It can get very hot on the afternoon.
