We love staying at the Newport Villas and stay here everytime we are in Newport. We love the proximity to the beach, the beauty of the area, the safety of the area, and the onsite ammenities.

The location was ideal for visiting Disney Land, as well as all of the most popular beaches and Hollywood.
The resort had a variety of activities; however, we did not have time to participate in any of them. The property's front desk was quite helpful.
My only complaint was that the rooms weren’t clean enough. There was small little debris in the bedrooms and sofa. Dust around the edges. We discovered toys it seemed previous users most likely had children. We noticed the issues because we have bad allergies,
That was the only drawback I had. It was not a big enough issue not to give the resort 5 stars.

We had a fabulous week at this amazing property at the Marriott Vacation Resort, at Newport Beach. The apartment was really spacious, clean and very well presented - all equipment was provided (including pool towels) which allowed us to get on and enjoy the week in the resort. Highly recommended and hope we can return soon

The front desk was able to get us a unit with a great view per our request. Everything was clean and nice. Plenty of room for your family. The pool was nicely heated and the jacuzzi was great. The gym is a bit small but not crowded. I didn’t make it down to the beach but we did go on a hike to the top of the world in Laguna. Overall, a great experience even in winter on a rainy week.
