About this house rental

Detached house (90 m2) located 400m from the center of Perros Guirec in a very quiet street near the beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel including:

Ground floor: an equipped kitchen, living room, WC, one bedroom (double bed) with shower room.
Upstairs: a bedroom (double bed), a bedroom (2 single beds), WC, bathroom, an office.
Garage, garden of 500m2.

TV, Internet, WiFi, HI-FI, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Freezer, Electric oven, Microwave, Induction hob, garden furniture, barbecue, ...

Très bien placé, proche du centre (5mn à pieds) et des 2 plages de Perros Guirrec (10-15 min à pieds). La maison est très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
