About this house rental
House classified three stars (more than 100 criteria evaluated) by Pas De Calais Tourisme.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a large entrance with sofa bed, a living / dining room, TV corner, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, a toilet and upstairs, a bedroom with three bunk beds and a double bedroom with sink (Cot on request).
It also has a small private garden with wooden terrace. Barbecue and something to relax available.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, an electric coffee maker and a Nespresso, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available.
Equipped with WIFI.
Most :
- The central location, close to shops, market and sea (rue des Oyats, one street from the market & 200 m from the sea)
- Located on a quiet street
- A large living room which now opens with 3 bay windows on the garden for an open space in summer
- The well oriented garden, not overlooked and protected by a hedge
(possibility to relax, relax available or organize a barbecue)
- WIFI included
Option linen rental and cleaning on request (sheet and towels not provided); small animals accepted on request also (garden closed by fence).
We also rent a second small house also well placed and with parking in Le Touquet under the reference Abritel 1324589 ..

This is a great place to stay to enjoy Le Touquet. The location is perfect- just a 5 minute walk to the town and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house has everything anyone could possibly need- there were even fresh flowers in the bathroom. The garden area and sunroom provides a lovely area in which to relax and the garden is totally enclosed which is ideal for dogs. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would love to stay again.

Das Haus ist eigentlich wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist doch alles recht verwohnt. Die Schlafzimmertür schliesst nicht richtig, einige Schränke sind etwas "muffig". Der Sessel ist stark durchgesessen und verblichen. Jeder Punkt für sich alleine stehend ist nicht so schlimm, aber die Summe der doch sehr alten Ausstattung lässt uns Punkte abziehen.
Außerdem war das Objekt nicht so wirklich sauber.
Ein wichtiger Punkt ist noch das Bad und das WC. Mein Mann ist relativ groß und für ihn war das WC definitiv zu klein. Dass man nur im Sitzen duschen konnte, war für uns nicht so schlimm. Für ältere Personen ist das aber sicherlich nichts.
Sehr positiv war aber die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch die Lage. Die Entfernung zu den Geschäften, dem Markt und dem sehr schönen Strand war super, alles sehr nah gelegen.
