Hotel Ginevra

Tutto. Ho avuto un problemino con la porta d' ingresso che non si chiudeva dall' esterno ma appena segnalato al proprietario si è attivato immediatamente è mi ha risolto l' inconveniente. Staff molto gentile e proprietario disponibilissimo . Struttura nuova e molto pulita.

Unica pecca in 3 notti non è stato mai cambiato l'asviugamani però forse sono stato io a non avvisare ....ci sta'.

Avevo prenotato per una persona sola ma mi è stata data una spaziosa stanza con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. La stanza è piacevole, con un balcone con tavolo e sedia con vista sulla piscina, pareti tinteggiate di un rosa tenue e un bagno grande, molto carino, piastrellato di azzurro. Quest' anno essendo un maggio freddo e piovoso ho molto apprezzato il bel calduccio sia in stanza che in bagno. La stanza è poi dotata di aria condizionata, ventola sul soffitto, piccolo frigorifero, asciugacapelli e cassaforte. Mi sono trovata bene.

Devo dire che il materasso era un po' duretto. Per ovviare ho tirato fuori delle coperte dall' armadio e le ho poggiate sul materasso. Ed ho dormito bene egualmente.

La ubicación, la mujer super agradable y nos ayudaron a enconrar parking. Relativo al precio no puedes pedir mas que lo que encuentras.

La habitación era un poco vieja y olia un poco a tabaco. Por otra parte en teoria la piscina estaba abierta y nos la encontramos vacia.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ginevra. The overall experience was positive and the hotel served its purpose well for my trip to the Riviera. The cleaning service was satisfactory throughout my stay, though there is a little room for improvement. Like most hotels in the Riviera Romagnola, the walls are not soundproofed, so you can hear typical hallway and neighbouring room noises. This is something to be prepared for. At check-in, I was informed the POS terminal was not working, so the tourist tax had to be paid either in cash or by bank transfer. I chose the latter, which was processed without issue, but it’s good for future guests to be aware they might need an alternative payment method for this fee.
